You're not alone

My life has changed and I would not have been able to do this without you. My future is completely changed and I can't believe the relationship I have with myself now.

Client, 17

I can't believe how far I've come. I can't believe this is my life now. I can't believe how much is different but how well I can deal with it. All because I started talking about it.

Client, 36

I'm scared to think of how long my relationships would've been like this without you. I now set a boundary and didn't feel guilty about it. This is big.

We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, your familial and mental health history, and any concerns you may have. This session helps us understand how best to support you moving forward and ensure we are a good therapeutic fit for your needs.
Therapy sessions are typically 45 minutes but may extend to an hour depending on your needs.
Nope! Sessions can also be biweekly or monthly according to your needs and schedule. Please note if you are experiencing severe mental health difficulties, we will need to schedule weekly sessions.
